Dear Brethren of Peterwell Lodge,

Could I on behalf of myself and Rose thank each and everyone of you for your help and support in making this initiative such a success. It has truly meant a lot to have you there to back me up. As we all now know, Covid was to have a major impact on our lives and the last 3 years, especially during my tenure as Worshipful Master has seen us experience some difficult times.

To that end and as a consequence of the pandemic I was not able to host the customary Ladies Night. As such we decided to make a donation to the Wales Air Ambulance in lieu of any costs that we would have incurred in arranging the Ladies Night.

Special mention must go to W Bro Keith Edwards our Charity Steward and W Bro Dirk Den Hartog, Provincial  Charity Steward for their help in facilitating the application process for further support from the Province and Masonic Benevolent Fund. As a result of our combined efforts, we have managed to realise the fantastic sum of £5,000.00.

On Thursday 20th April 2023 at West Wales Air Ambulance Headquarters in Dafen, Llanelli, I was immensely proud to be able to present the cheque to the Fundraising team.
