St Teilo Lodge Receives Members Pathway Presentation

On Thursday, 26th October 2023, due to the expected candidate being unavailable to undertake his initiation, the Master W.Bro. Brian Rees invited the Provincial Grand Membership Officer (W.Bro. Steve Fearn) to give a presentation on the Members Pathway. The meeting was called-off to allow the Tyler to participate and the presentation began with W.Bro. Steve explaining the four core points of the Pathway Hub (Plan, Attract, Engage & Retrieve).

Following an interesting explanation by W.Bro. Steve, the meeting then turned into an inter-active workshop, with each member in the temple being asked to contribute. At the end of this interactive session, with all suggestions being recorded by the D.C., the skeleton of a Lodge Pathway Plan emerged.

The W.M. thanked W.Bro. Steve for his excellent presentation and the meeting was then called-on, closed and everybody retired upstairs for a very pleasant festive board.
