Freemasonry Cares has provided enough memory sticks for each Almoner in the Province of West Wales to have his own. W Bro John Watson has preloaded each one with a copy of the Almoner’s Handbook, this will make updating the handbook easier as and when required. The remainder of the memory can be used to store other information, for example a Members list, Widows list and Masonic Diary.

W Bro John will be at Old Priory and Kemes Installations and will distribute the memory sticks to those lodges that are there.

Whatever you choose to put on the stick should be regularly updated, as that will make the transition to your successor a lot easier for everyone.
