Members Pathway Presentation at Tenby Lodge

At the November meeting of Tenby Lodge, the Master W.Bro Brian Miller welcomed the Provincial Grand Membership Officer, W.Bro. Steve Fearn who delivered the Member's Pathway presentation, which is currently being rolled out to all lodges in the Province.

The presentation was well received by a good number of Tenby members and visitors and generated healthy debate about the various facets of the Pathway Initiative including lodge planning, and attracting, supporting, and retaining new members. W.Bro. Steve provided some useful insights and ideas of his own which were noted and appreciated.

All in all, it was a thoroughly enjoyable and informative evening, and all lodges are encouraged to find a space in their programme for W.Bro. Steve to visit and acquaint them with this important initiative.
