The Peter Drewett Daylight Lodge of Progress used to be the final Installation meeting of the West Wales season. It is generally hot and sunny and there has always been a party atmosphere as the summer recess beckons. There is still a party atmosphere at the meeting, but now it’s because it’s the first meeting for the new team. Pictured with the three West Wales Provincial Grand Masters are the new Deputy Provincial Grand Master, Mike Eckley and the new Assistant Provincial Grand Master, Alun Littlejohns.
Not wanting to be left out the new Provincial Grand Wardens wanted to be in the photo. Provincial Junior Grand Warden, Adrian Thomas on the left of the photo and Provincial Senior Grand Warden, Ian Brodie on the right.
We then added the new Provincial Grand Tyler – Michael O’Dare, son of the late Colin O’Dare, Past Provincial Grand Master who is on the left and the new Provincial Grand Pursuivant David Stewart-Walvin, who was invested at the beginning of the meeting and was the outgoing Worshipful Master of the Lodge. Michael is on the left of the photo and David is on the right.
