E.Comp David Elsley, E Comp Kevin Jones of Teifi Chapter of Royal Arch Masons presenting a cheque of £500 to the Oxygen Therapy Centre Cardigan, Mrs Gwawr Davies a volunteer at the Centre for many years, and Mrs Dailwen Vaughan who has been a member, and has used the Centre since it opened in 2002. For many years before that, she attended the centre in Swansea.

In 1994 a small group of people including Mrs Dailwen Vaughan, started an appeal fund to set up an Oxygen Therapy Centre in Cardigan. They managed to raise about £100.00 to lease the premises, and to purchase equipment needed, this included the Hyperbaric Chamber, compressor along with many other items.
