Other Orders Support West Wales Festival

V.W. Bro. Ryland James had two reasons to smile at the Provincial Grand Lodge meeting of Dyfed Mark Masons on June 28th at the Halliwell Centre Carmarthen. Firstly, Mark Provincial Grand Master R.W.Bro. Gary Hicks was pleased to invest him as Provincial Grand Senior Warden for the coming year, then later he was called upon to be presented with £1,000 toward the 2026 West Wales Festival, of which he is the Chairman.

This was the fifth consecutive year that Dyfed Mark Masons have donated £1,000 to the Craft Festival, and V.W. Bro. Ryland expressed his thanks to R.W. Bro. Gary for their continued support.

The Festival is in its final year, so lodges and members are encouraged to make one more push to bring the Province to a total that we can be truly proud of and celebrate at the closing event next May at Parc y Scarlets.

Earlier in the year W. Bro. Mike Eckley received a cheque from the St Bride's Chapter Rose Croix for £500, aswell as being Assistant P.G.M. in the Craft he is also Inspector General of Dyfed Rose Croix.

We are all Craft Masons, but most of us are members of other Orders and contributions to the Festival from any of them would also be most welcome.
