St Peter's Lodge Support Grass Roots Sport

On Saturday 16th August Brethren of St. Peter's Lodge sponsored Carmarthen Wanderers Cricket Club for their South Wales Premier Cricket League Premier Division Two fixture against Penarth.

The eighteen who attended included two Entered Apprentices and a potential Candidate. 

Decked out in the obligatory Hawaiian shirts, all the brethren were especially mindful to maintain a suitable level of hydration to cope with the afternoon heat!

St. Peters have sponsored the Wanderers for a number of years, and this year was both the best attended and sunniest yet!

All had an enjoyable day in the sun, which was culminated by a five wicket win for the Wanderers.
