Dr John Benjamin Lloyd Bursary
On Thursday 16th October 2025 the Assistant Provincial Grand Master W Bro Michael Eckley, accompanied by the Deputy Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies, W Bro Marc Bassett attended Aberystwyth University to present the annual Dr John Lloyd Bursary. This year's recipient was Hannah Desousa who is studying a Master's Degree in Parasite Control. She previously attended Aberystwyth University and graduated with a First-Class Veterinary Biosciences BSc (Hons) Degree in 2021. She was delighted to receive the award and was pleased to hear of the generosity of West Wales Freemasons towards such causes. She would keep us updated on progress on her research in her current project.
