On hearing that the Lampeter Family Centre were supplying food parcels to their needier families in these unusual times, Peterwell Lodge decided to help out. This help has taken the form of a donation of £1000 from the Lodge to help the Family Centre continue with this essential service.
In normal times The Family Centre provides an extremely valuable service in the community and have had to adapt what they can do in the current trying circumstances. Peterwell’s contribution will enable the Centre to continue to meet the needs of its clients.
By providing their client families with food parcels and by extending their service and reaching out to the families, it has helped them to ensure that their basic needs are being met during such a difficult time.
Elin Vaughan-Miles, the Family Centre Coordinator said, “We are extremely grateful to Peterwell Lodge for their very generous donation which will not only help us to provide food parcels to our needier families but will enable us to maintain the essential outreach services we provide.”
