The MCF runs the Counselling Careline which has specialist counsellors for anyone struggling to cope. Additional counselling sessions can be provided. This is a free service and requires no form filling or application. A call should be made to the MCF to make an enquiry at email:-help@mcf.org.uk or telephone 0800 035 60 90.  With email being the preferred option at this time, just leave your name and contact number and you will usually receive a reply within 24 hours on a working day.

Please be aware that this service is completely confidential - only the MCF will know you contacted them. It is not reported back to the Province, or the Provincial Almoner.
