Ingredients

2tsp Sugar Syrup

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Splash of Water

60ml Whisky or Bourbon

Soda Water to Taste (I can taste it without the soda water)

Orange Slice

Maraschino Cherry (optional)

Method

1. Put the sugar, bitters and water in a small tumbler.
2. Mix until the sugar dissolves if using granulated sugar.
3. Fill your glass with ice and stir in the whisky. Add a splash of soda water if you like and mix.
4. Garnish with the orange and cherry.
